Home and nursing home visits for regular patients only

The doctors are available for home visits and local nursing home visits. Please phone the surgery after 8:30 am.

Fees

The practice bulk bills where as non medicare holders will incur a fee according to their consult level.

Reminder System

Our practice is committed to preventive care. You have the option of registering to receive reminder notices regarding health care services appropriate to your care.

Getting results of any test or procedure

The doctors will advise you when they will expect results to arrive at time of consultations. Please phone the practice to find out if your results have arrived and to book in an appointment. Result will not be given over the phone . Patient need to attend surgery and discuss with doctor.

Telephoning your doctor

Doctors in this practice may be contacted by phone during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is in a consultation , a message will be taken and your call returned as soon as possible . if your call is urgent you will be always be put straight through to the doctor.
